It's bad enough a lot of consol games have achievements/trophies for playing a certain way, I don't want that in my MMO as well. Plus it's an MMO so why are we trying to force people to play alone?
Sorry, but I don't like the idea of forcing people to play their character a certain way in order to unlock something...

I think it would be kind of cool. I go through the game using mostly heroes/henchies so I'd go for it. Maybe a bit easier to obtain, though. Have different tiers to it depending on how many missions or quests you completed using just AI or something.

@ Marty....The game is near dead and vqing with actual people is happening less and less.
@ OP....Adding a title at this point is kind of redundant being that there are a lot already pertaining to pve only.
My suggestion..beg anet to pay more attention to this game and not treat it as a red headed step child...skill updates and a little more attention go a long way to making a games longevity last longer.

Agreed 100%. One should PUG or at least play with 1-2 dedicated friends once in a while.
The quality in PUG groups has increased a lot as well.

Lets add another title for playing HM with only 7 skills.
Then another for not using any res.
Then another for using only W/Mo healers.
How about one for using starter armor at all times?
See where I am going with this? Making arbitrary restrictions for the sake of being arbitrary does not warrant a title. If you want to challenge yourself then challenge yourself on your own.

EDIT: Also, this is going to overlap massively with the existing titles.

I agree with this 100%.

The title would be a lot more work than other solo titles such as Survivor, so I don't think that you're likely to be discouraging group play with a title like this.

Now this is more interesting... Everything allowed, but must be alone in your party.
